Ingredients
• 1 ripe banana, frozen for extra creaminess
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or your favorite milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds, for fiber + fullness
• 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, healthy fats + protein
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add more milk to thin it out or a few ice cubes to thicken it, as desired.
Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy cold.
