Ingredients


1 ripe banana, frozen for extra creaminess


1 cup frozen blueberries


3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or your favorite milk


1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds, for fiber + fullness


1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, healthy fats + protein



Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.


  2. Add more milk to thin it out or a few ice cubes to thicken it, as desired.


  3. Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy cold.
