Got leftover cranberry sauce? Transform it into a vibrant, tangy cranberry vinaigrette! This simple yet flavorful dressing is the perfect way to reinvent your holiday leftovers. Drizzle it over fresh salads or roasted vegetables for a delicious, festive twist that brings new life to your leftovers!
Prep Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 5 mins | Serves: 4 (about 1/2 cup)
Ingredients
¼ cup leftover cranberry sauce
3 tbsp sweet white wine vinegar, or adjust to taste
⅓ cup olive oil, or more, if needed
Pinch of salt and pepper, optional, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl or blender, combine the cranberry sauce and sweet white wine vinegar. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the vinaigrette is smooth and emulsified. (Alternatively, blend for a silkier texture.)
Step 2
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if desired. If the vinaigrette is too thick, add a splash of water or more vinegar to reach your preferred consistency.
Step 3
Drizzle over salads or roasted vegetables immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
