Ingredients
For the Punch
4 cups fresh watermelon juice, about half a large watermelon
1/2 cup fresh lime juice, about 5 limes
1/2 cup simple syrup, adjust to taste
2 cups sparkling water or club soda
1/2 cup coconut water, optional, for a tropical twist
1/2 cup white rum or vodka, optional for an adult version

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the watermelon into cubes and blend them until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp, yielding about 4 cups of watermelon juice.
Step 2
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the fresh watermelon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well combined. Adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
Step 3
Slowly pour in the sparkling water or club soda for that refreshing fizz. If you're going for a tropical flair, add the coconut water as well.

For an adult version, stir in the rum or vodka. This adds an elegant touch but is entirely optional.

Let the punch chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
