Ingredients


  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 Lime

  • 2 Pinches Salt

  • 1 Small Hand Full Arugula

  • 1 Mint Leaves

  • Ice Cubes

  • Cold Water

  • 50 ml Olive oil




Instructions


Step 1

On a cutting board roughly chop cucumber (with skin) and avocado.


Step 2

In a blender add cucumber, avocado, arugula and mint. Add the ice cubes, cold water, and salt blend until smooth. While blending, pour in the olive oil. This will help the smooth creamy texture develop.


Step 3

If you feel it needs more salt or lime, adjust the flavor.


Step 4

Pour into your blow of choice and enjoy or put into the fridge until chilled.
