This cheerful holiday punch is as bright and festive as the season itself. A blend of cranberry, citrus, and a touch of warm spice comes together with smooth rum for a drink that’s both refreshing and elegantly celebratory. Just before serving, a pour of sparkling water adds the perfect effervescence, turning every glass into a little moment of holiday cheer. It’s effortless to mix, beautiful on the table, and sure to be the toast of every gathering.
Ingredients
• 4 cups cranberry juice, 100% juice preferred
• 2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed if possible
• 1–1 1/2 cups white rum or spiced rum
• 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine or prosecco, chilled
• 1–2 cups ginger ale or sparkling water, chilled
• 1 orange, thinly sliced
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
• 1 cup fresh cranberries
• Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
• Ice or a large punchbowl ice ring
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice and rum. Stir gently to blend.
Right before serving, pour in the chilled prosecco and ginger ale to keep it bubbly and bright.
Add the orange slices, lemon slices and cranberries. Fill with ice or add an ice ring to keep it chilled.
Ladle into glasses and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Serve immediately while sparkling and fresh.
