Ingredients
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon canned chipotles in adobo, minced
• 2 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Process all the ingredients together in a mini-food processor or blender. Transfer to a covered container. The aioli can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
