Ingredients


1/2 cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons Dijon mustard


1 tablespoon canned chipotles in adobo, minced


2 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice


1/8 teaspoon kosher salt



Instructions


  1. Process all the ingredients together in a mini-food processor or blender. Transfer to a covered container. The aioli can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
