Ingredients


2 cups all-purpose flour, 250g

3/4 cup warm water, 180ml, about 110°F / 43°C

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil



Instructions


  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.


  2. Stir in warm water and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms. Knead briefly (2–3 minutes) until smooth.


  3. Cover with a towel and let rest 20-30 minutes.
