Hot Crab Dip

Creamy and loaded with crab—this Hot Crab Dip is pure indulgence in every bite! Perfect for dipping, scooping, and savoring.

Ingredients


  • 12 ounces lump crab meat, carefully picked over for shells

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 crème fraîche

  • 1 large shallot, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, preferably panko for extra crispiness

  • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 Fresh parsley, finely chopped for garnish



Instructions


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325ºF (165ºC)


Step 2

In a large bowl gently fold together crab, cream cheese, creme fresh, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Fold in the finely chopped shallots.


Step 3

In a separate blow combine parmigiana and panko breadcrumbs. Evenly spread the mixture on the surface of the dip.


Step 4

Place the crab dip in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.


Step 5

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness.
