Mango Peach Sangria

This Mango Peach Sangria is light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. Crisp Pinot Grigio is combined with mango juice and peach schnapps, then chilled with slices of fresh mango, peaches, and orange so the flavors meld beautifully. Serve over frozen peach cubes with a splash of sparkling Prosecco, and garnish with a sprig of basil or a few edible flowers for an elegant, effortless finish.

Ingredients


1 bottle dry rosé or white wine

3/4 cup mango juice

1/2 cup peach schnapps

1 ripe mango, sliced

2 peaches, thinly sliced

1 orange, sliced

sparkling mango water or prosecco, for topping

basil or edible flowers, for garnish


Bonus: Freeze some peach slices to use as ice cubes.



Instructions


Combine the base:

  1. In a large pitcher or glass carafe, combine the bottle of Pinot Grigio, mango juice, and peach schnapps. Stir gently to mix.


    Add the fruit:

  2. Stir in sliced mango, peaches, and orange.


    Chill:

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably up to 4, so the flavors meld and the fruit infuses the wine.


    Serve:

  4. Just before serving, pour sangria into glasses filled with frozen peach slices or regular ice. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling Prosecco for a bright, bubbly finish.


    Garnish:

  5. Add a sprig of basil or a few edible flowers to each glass for a fresh and elegant touch.
