A classic mimosa—bubbly, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant. Just champagne and fresh orange juice… because sometimes, simple is best.
Prep Time: 5 | Total Time: 5 | Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 bottle of chilled dry sparkling wine, like Prosecco or Champagne
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice, about 4-5 oranges
1 Orange slices or twists, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Start by chilling your champagne or sparkling wine and orange juice until they’re nice and cold—this is key for a perfectly refreshing mimosa.
Step 2
Just before serving, pour 2–3 ounces of orange juice into each champagne flute. You want to fill the glass about one-third full.
Step 3
Slowly top each glass with sparkling wine or champagne, pouring carefully to avoid overflowing. Aim to fill the glass to about two-thirds full, leaving room for those delightful bubbles.
Step 4
Give it a gentle stir, if needed, and garnish with an orange slice for an elegant touch.
Serve immediately and enjoy your perfectly balanced, bubbly mimosa!
