Ingredients
• 1/4 cup white rum, 2 oz
• 1/4 cup cream of coconut, 2 oz , such as Coco López
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 oz
• 1 1/2 cups ice, crushed or cubed
• pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
In a blender, combine the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty.
Pour into chilled glasses—highball or hurricane glasses are traditional. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
