Ingredients


1/4 cup white rum, 2 oz

1/4 cup cream of coconut, 2 oz , such as Coco López

1/4 cup pineapple juice, 2 oz

1 1/2 cups ice, crushed or cubed

pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish



Instructions


  1. In a blender, combine the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty.


  2. Pour into chilled glasses—highball or hurricane glasses are traditional. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
