Ingredients
¼ cup white rum, 2 oz
¼ cup cream of coconut, 2 oz , such as Coco López
¼ cup pineapple juice, 2 oz
1 1/2 cups ice, crushed or cubed
pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and frosty.
Step 2
Pour into chilled glasses—highball or hurricane glasses are traditional. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
